2. What’s the main focus?
If you’re going to talk about a bracelet, it might not be the best idea to take a full body picture at the beach, as the background can take all the spotlight. Instead, pay attention to what you want the focus of the image to be, and pose around that.
3. Attention to detail!
Yes, your followers can notice everything! Try taking some test shots and get comfortable with the camera first. This will ensure that you know your angles and what’s working best with the outfit you have and the setting. Avoid taking pictures at super crowded places, as that can distract (if it isn’t what you want to focus on), and people can make funny faces in the background.
4. Edit, edit, edit!
While it’s great to take a picture with no makeup and no filter every now and then to show your most authentic self, it’s also a great idea to edit your pictures before posting. Now, this doesn’t mean that you should Facetune every inch of your body, but filters are GREAT! Not only do they make pictures look more beautiful and put-together, but using the same filter in all your pictures makes your feed look amazing. Lightroom is a great tool if you wanna be a pro, but there are free also apps like VSCO and Tezza where you can edit your pics with lots of different settings and filters.
